Largemouth bass fishing is good on soft-plastics baits around and under boat docks and over any rocky points. The Lake is 0.6' below pool. Lake Weatherford's water is slightly stained and is 85 to 89 degrees F. The Channel cats are good using worms, liver or dough-bait in fishing barge. The White bass fishing is good all over on smaller shad-imitation lures. Bream fishing is fairly good on worms. Crappie fishing is only fair on live minnows/jigs in the crappie house and over brush piles.

Largemouth bass are only fair using buzz-baits early in morning, then switch to drop-shot rigging, spinnerbaits and Carolina rigs. Crappie fishing is only fair on minnows and jigs in brush-piles and near bridge-columns. Lake Texoma's water is off color and between 84 and 88 degrees. The Lake is about 1.04' below pool. Catfish fishing is fair/good on cut-bait and live-shad. The Striped bass fishing is good on shad, slabs and trolling downriggers.

Lake Meredith water is lightly stained and 80 degrees; 79.00 low. Black bass are good on live-bait, top-waters, shad colored crank-baits, and black chartreuse jigs or Texas rigged soft plastics along grass lines and rocky points. Crappie are also good on jigs and live minnows. White bass are good on live bait and shad–colored crank-baits. Smallmouth bass are good on live bait and chrome jerk-baits along rocky points. Walleye are good on live bait and bottom-bouncers. Channel catfish are good on live bait.

The Lake is 0.66' low. Largemouth bass are fair on wacky-rigged watermelon-red Senkos. Lake Ray Roberts water is clear and at 85 to 88 degrees. Crappie are excellent over brush piles on Ghost or Blue Ghost pattern Bobby Garland-Slab-Slayers. White bass are excellent on clear Tiny Torpedoes. Catfish are good on prepared baits in 6–8 feet over baited holes.

Choke Canyon water is clear and 85 degrees; The Lake is 3.29' low. Largemouth bass are only fair on small white/chartreuse spinner-baits, shallow running crank-baits, and pumpkin Whacky-Sticks with chartreuse tails along main points. White bass are also slow. Crappie are also slow. Catfish are very good on live bait. Yellow and blue catfish are very good on live bait in the upper river.

Water is 0.33' low. Water Temp is 83/88 degrees. Lake Fork Water/fairly clear; Largemouth bass are fair - good on buzzbaits and Yellow Magic lures early in morning and late afternoon. About midday switch to drop shot-rigs, Carolina rigs, spoons and jigs. The Crappie fishing is fair to good with live minnows and jigs under / around the bridges pilings and over any brush piles. The Catfish are fair on night-crawlers or prepared bait.
