Choke Canyon water is clear and 85 degrees; The Lake is 3.29' low. Largemouth bass are only fair on small white/chartreuse spinner-baits, shallow running crank-baits, and pumpkin Whacky-Sticks with chartreuse tails along main points. White bass are also slow. Crappie are also slow. Catfish are very good on live bait. Yellow and blue catfish are very good on live bait in the upper river.
