Choke Canyon Largemouth bass are only fair on small white/chartreuse spinner-baits, shallow running crank-baits, and pumpkin Whacky-Sticks with chartreuse tails along main points. Choke Canyon water is clear and 85 degrees. The Lake is 3.29' below pool. White bass are also slow. Crappie fishing is slow. Catfish are very good on live-bait. Yellow and blue catfish are very good on live bait in the upper-most parts of the river.
