You can find great fishing locations many different ways.....
1st - you can look at the statewebsite you live in and access their page on fishing acces....
2nd - you can use yahoo maps to zero in on the smaller rivers and streams people are kayaking or canoeing on...."I like going where others are not willing to tread!!!"
3rd - ask the guy at the counter at your local baitstore....
4th - there are usually lakes or rivers in state campgrounds....
5th - Private farm ponds, rock quarries, etc and etc....I caught a 5lb bass at the last farm pond I was allowed to fish. "always ask permission before entering private property!!!"
6th - I have found the best fishing is usualy becuase I have the use of a boat,canoe, kayak etc and etc and will probably be your best bet at finding great fishing locations. A person can always find a cheap boat online being sold near them....
