Sauce Entrepreneur Making Fishing Lures From Recycled Materials
CHAPEL HILL, NC - Page Skelton, the creator of Cackalacky, Inc. - maker of the Original Cackalacky Spice Sauce (www.Cackalacky.com) - has launched a non-food related enterprise in which he makes fishing lures from recycled materials.
The lures, called "Booze Bait," are made with wine corks and beer caps. And, according to Skelton, each Booze Bait produces a unique "blooping" commotion on the water surface that entices black bass into striking - especially in the evening and at nighttime when bass tend to move more and are looking for something to eat.
According to Skelton, Booze Bait is "... worth at least two laughs. One, when your friends will laugh when they see it for the first time. And, two, you will be laughing at your friends when you catch a big honking bass on a wine cork & cap!"
