Over Saturday and Sunday, approximately 300 anglers of all ages tried their luck in the club's stocked 2 1/2 acre pond. Club members were on hand to assist in providing casting instructions, rigging gear and helping to land fish. They even instructed the proper technique for cleaning and caring of the catch.<br /> Good old garden hackle was the killer, with PowerBait running in close second.
